Rapid, constant and disruptive change has become the norm and what succeeded in the past, is no longer a guide to what will succeed in the future.
The war for talent is real and developing talent internally allows for greater succession planning and increased stability in your organisation.
Building homegrown talent requires that you strengthen your talent pipeline for today and develop your talent pipeline for tomorrow.
